Distances

Set distance from listening position to speakers.
Measure beforehand the distance from the listening position to each
speaker.
2 Step
Set the minimum variable width of the distance.
0.1m (Default) / 0.01m
2 Set the distance
0.00m – 18.00m

• The speakers that can be selected differ depending on the "Speaker Config."
(vpage 57) settings.
• Default settings :
Front L / Front R / Center / Subwoofer : 3.60 m
Surround L / Surround R : 3.00 m
• Set the difference in the distance between the speakers to less than 6.00 m.

Levels

Set the volume of the test tone to be the same when it is output from
each speaker.
2 Test Tone Start
Output test tone. A test tone is output from the selected speaker.
While listening to the test tone, adjust the volume output from the
selected speaker.
–12.0dB – +12.0dB (Default : 0.0dB)

• When "Levels" is adjusted, the adjusted values are set for all the surround
modes.
• When headphones are connected to the PHONES connector on this unit, you
cannot set "Levels".
2 Set Defaults
The "Levels" settings are returned to the default settings.
