4.4 Adjusting the Volume
To turn the sound level up or
down in your headset, press
successively on the volume control
button marked with the 7 icon
on the front of the remote
(Figure 4-4). If you have reached
the maximum or minimum level,
you will hear a beep.

4.5 Muting the Microphone
To talk without the other party
hearing you, press the mute
button (marked with the 6 icon
on the front of the remote). (See
Figure 4-5.) When the
microphone is muted, you will
hear a double beep in your
headset every 5 seconds. When
