PlATFORM AND "ONE+8" INTERCOM
The Cardo Community is one of the most remarkable and ground-
breaking features of the scala rider G9.
Visit http://community.cardosystems.com in order to get the
following features:
• " One+8" Intercom: The scala rider G9 allows Intercom toggling
with up to 8 other individual riders.
• D ownload and install the latest
software upgrades
• C onfigure your own Buddy name
(alias) for the "One+8"
Intercom mode and
personalize the settings
of your G9 through
your PC*
• F ind your friends and
add them to your "One+8" Buddy list
• C reate and join tours and invite your
friends
To register, make sure to have your product serial number ready
which can be found on the white label on the back of the unit.

4.1 MOUNTiNG THe scala rider G9 ON YOUr HelMeT
Connect your G9 and
your PC by inserting the
USB cable into the
computer's USB port and
the other end into the
software download port
of the G9

The boom microphone can be used with
NOTE:
open, half, full face and modular helmets.
The corded microphone is for full face
helmets.
Method B
Glue Plate
See "Using the Glue Plate"
on next page
Glue the Audio Kit onto
your helmet when the
standard Back Plate method
cannot be used.
