The remote control cannot respond quickly to the

Make sure that batteries have enough power. Insert two AAA batteries
(1,100 mA) into the remote control (see 'Install batteries into the remote
control' on page 20).
The new remote control does not work with the
player
• For the remote control that is by-packed with HMP8100,the pairing
has been completed in the factory. To use a new remote control with
HMP8100,press

The firmware updating is not complete after a long
time
• If you update the firmware over the online service, it may take a long time
to download the firmware update files from the server. To save your time,
update the firmware through the SD card (see 'Update the firmware
through the SD card' on page 47).
