Connect HMP8100 to the Internet.

In Portable hotspot, select the checkbox to switch on Portable Wi-Fi
hotspot.

Go to Set up Wi-Fi hotspot to check and edit the network name (SSID)
and password.

On your wireless devices, search for and connect to HMP8100.
Ethernet
In WIRELESS & NETWORKS > Ethernet, select the settings for network setup
through an Ethernet cable (see 'Set up the network' on page 14).
DEVICE
Sound
In Sound, select sound settings for HMP8100.
Volume

Select the volume level for media and notifications.
Click sounds
•
Select your click sounds on the screen.
Digital audio output
If you use TV speakers for audio output, select PCM.

If you use external amplifier for decoding, select SPDIF passthrough or
•
HDMI passthrough.
Equalizer
•
Select your equalizer options for the sound output.
•
The function may not be supported by some apps that you install on
HMP8100.
Display
In Display, select your display settings:
Wallpaper
•
Set the wallpaper of the device.
