Install batteries into the remote control

a Open the battery compartment.
b Insert two AAA batteries (1,100 mA) with correct polarity (+/-) as
indicated.
c Close the battery compartment.

Calibrate the remote control

With the supplied uWand remote control, you can navigate and select on
HMP8100 as you do with a mouse on a computer.

Make sure that you have placed HMP8100 properly (see 'Place' on page 10).
