Resetting the microprocessor (Factory Reset)

When the microprocessor is reset, all the settings are reset to their default values.

Press and hold
for more than 3 seconds.

Press + or – to select "Factory Reset", then press 13.

Press + or – to select "Reset Factory Defaults", then press 13.
"Resetting..." is displayed and the default settings are restored.
If "Resetting..." does not display in step 3, start over from step 1.
n Exiting the menu to return to the normal mode

until the input source is displayed.
• The unit exits the setting mode and the normal display returns.
How to reset
"Reset" is an operation that restarts this unit. Perform the reset in cases such as when the display does
not function properly or you are unable to operate this unit. The existing settings will remain intact.
When the power of this unit is on, insert a thin stick
or a needle (z2) into the reset hole (z1), and press the
reset button within this unit.

This unit automatically restarts.
• Prepare a thin stick or a needle (such as a toothpick or a
straightened paper clip) for pressing the reset button within
this unit.
