either using the speed st key or entering a speed via the numeric keypad.
CAUTION: In all programs, the striding belt will begin moving at .5 MPH
or .8 KPH while you are selecting your speed with the speed st key.

After selecting a Hill workout, you will be asked to enter your desired workout
time in minutes. Enter a number from 1-90 minutes using the numeric keypad

will be requested to select a belt speed by either using the speed st key or by
