Function: Copy phrase

a Phrase number of the copy source
b Phrase number of the copy destination

This copies the contents of phrase "A0001" to phrase "A0003".
= PD (Phrase Delete)
Function: Delete phrase

= PI (Phrase sIlencer)
Function: Seek and set playback points at the locations of silent portions
