Check disc information on Writng Tool.

"Non Recordable Disc" Message, the
disc is finalized -Finalized Disc :
unrecordable Disc any more]
Finalized Disc?
YES
If CD-R disc, use new CD-R disc.
If CD-RW disc, erase the disc.
If DVD+R disc, use new DVD+R disc.
If DVD+RW disc, erase the disc.
