ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT Proper seat height is important for efficient exercise. To determine proper seat height, sit on the BIKE and center the ball of your foot on the pedal in the down position. Your leg should be slightly bent and relaxed as shown. -

COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS This computer provides different programs designed to help you meet your fitness goals. Simply choose the program you like, set the time for the workout, and begin exercising. The computer display will show the elapsed time, speed, distance, pulse, and approximate calories burned. - Page 13 COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS This computer offers a unique user interactive "TARGET" zone feature. You have the option of interacting with any of six different programs to achieve a workout that is fun and exhilarating. These programs set speed targets that change throughout the program. The "TARGET" zone display will tell you if your speed is too fast or too slow.
