3. When the boat is not in USC, remove
and store the ignition key and the
emergency stop switch clip and
lanyard.

To shift gears, turn the throttle grip to the
SLOW position, then move the gearshift
lever to select F (forward), N (neutral) or
R (reverse) gears.
The engine can be started with the
gearshift lever in the N (neutral) position
only.
The throttle grip can be turned to the
FAST position only when the gearshift
lever is in the F (forward) position.
