INSTRUCTIONS When unpacking the blower: ■ Carefully remove the blower and accessories from the box. ■ Make sure that all items listed in the packing list are in- cluded. ■ Inspect the blower carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.
WARNING: Gasoline is extremely flammable and explosive. A fire or explosion from gasoline will burn you and others. MIXING THE FUEL This product is powered by a 2-cycle engine and requires pre-mixing gasoline and 2-cycle oil. The mixture should be at a 50:1 ratio, using Premium Exact Mix™ 2-cycle engine oil.
STARTING AND STOPPING See Figure 3. Starting the product differs depending on whether the engine is cold or warm. Refer to the label on the air filter base for choke positions A, B, and C. TO START A COLD ENGINE: 1.

■ Operate blower at the lowest possible throttle speed to do the job. ■ Check your equipment before operation, especially the muffler, air intakes and air filters. ■ Use rakes and brooms to loosen debris before blowing. ■ In dusty conditions, slightly dampen surfaces when water is available.
