TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS Convection Cooking • T he convection microwave can be used in the same way as a traditional oven and serve as a second oven. Microwave energy is not used in this type of cooking. Combi Cooking • T his function combines microwave cooking with convection cooking to give traditional oven results in less time. - Page 5 SAFETY SOLUTIONS Utensil and Cookware Guide: 1. Glass or Pyrex dishes allow energy to pass through the utensil and heat the food. 2. Microwaves cannot penetrate metal, so don’t use metal dishes, utensils or any dish which has metallic decorations or gold-foiled patterns. 3. Do not use recycled paper products when microwave cooking as these may contain small metal fragments which may cause sparks and/or fires.
