    UTENSIL GUIDE 1. Glass or Pyrex dishes allow energy to pass through the utensil and heat the food. 2. Microwaves cannot penetrate metal, so don’t use metal dishes or utensils. Neither use any dish which has metallic decorations or a gold-foiled pattern. 3.

    CONTROL PANEL DISPLAY. Cooking time, power, action indicators and present time are displayed. POWER BUTTON. Press this button a number of times to set the desired microwave cooking power level CLOCK BUTTON. Press this button to commence setting the clock and again to complete the setting.

    HOW TO SET THE OVEN CONTROLS. Every time a button is pressed, the oven will beep to acknowledge the action. SETTING THE CLOCK. 1. Press the CLOCK button once or twice to set the clock for a 12 or 24 hour cycle. 2.
