Problem
The message "Fault with
moisture control - the
automatic programmes
will operate without
moisture" appears in the
display after selecting
an Automatic
programme.
After selecting the
Moisture plus
function "Fault with
moisture control -
Moisture plus
programme not
available" appears in
the display.
Programmes using
moisture will not take in
water.
The food probe is not
recognised by the oven.
You cannot enter a core
temperature.
A noise can be heard
after a cooking process.
Possible cause and remedy
The steam injection system is faulty.
^ Call the Miele Service Department.
Automatic programmes can be run without using
moisture.

^ Use the Fan plus
plus function.
^ Check whether "On" has been selected for demo
mode has been activated (see "Settings - Showroom
programme").
The oven can be used in demo mode but the pump for
the steam injection system will not work.
^ Deactivate demo mode.
^ Check that the food probe is engaged in the socket
properly.
If the oven still does not recognise the food probe it
must be faulty.
A replacement food probe can be ordered from Miele
or from your Miele dealer.
The fan remains switched on after a cooking
programme (see "Settings - Cooling fan run-on").
