Messages
SMS and MMS are convenient and inexpensive means
of communication. You can send a text message to other
people using SMS service. MMS allows you to send
messages with multimedia content such as pictures,
audio files, video files, and so on.
The MMS functionality is available only if you
subscribe to the service from your network
operator.
To access the messages function, open the phone. Select
Menu > Messages.
CMAS Alerts
CMAS messages are alerts issued by the govenrment of
the United States of America to communicate emergency
alerts to a particular locality. The 3 types of CMAS alerts
are:
• Alerts issued by the President of the United States.
• Alerts that might cause threats to safety of life and
property.
• AMBER Alerts

SMS Settings
Open the phone. Select Menu > Messages > Text
message > Message settings to edit the following SMS
settings:

Priority Set the message priority to
Normal or Urgent.
Delivery Receive a confirmation report

whether or not the message has
been delivered.
Message
Set the period for which the text
validity message will be valid.
Save sent
You can save the sent
message messages.
Send You can add the callback
callback no. number in the message.
Signature You can add a signature to your
message.
MMS Settings
Open the phone. Select Menu > Messages >
Multimedia message > Multimedia message settings,
to edit the following MMS settings:
