When the screen shown on the left
appears, ensure that the printer is
connected to the computer.
When performing infrared communication, make the
IrDA port of each other's device stand opposite to each
other. Distance between IrDA ports should be 80 cm
or less.

ON Turn the printer on.
If the printer is recognized, the printer driver will be
automatically installed.

Click OK.
Some screens appear after clicking OK. Read the
content shown on the screens and click Next.
If the connection is not recognized, refer to the
section "Notes on Handling the Interface Between
the Devices (for Windows Users)" on page 28.
