This item allows to adjust CPU clock ratio.
However, if your CPU is locked, you'll see the
words here turn to gray which means you can do
nothing about it.
Another item you could often see in Frequency
Control section would be "Host CPU/DIMM/PCI
Clock". You can adjust external clock via this item.
To reduce the occurrence of electromagnetic
interference (EMI), the BIOS detects the presence
or absence of components in DIMM and PCI slots
and turns off system clock generator pulses to
empty slots.
This feature allows to enable/disable the Spread
Spectrum modulate.
