You personalize your mailbox by recording your name and
your own personal greetings.
To record your name
1. Press [3] from the MAILBOX Menu;
you receive the PERSONAL GREETINGS Menu:
To record your mailbox greeting
To record your personal busy greeting
To record your name
To record your special temporary greeting
To record your internal mailbox greeting
To record your hold greeting
2. Press [3];
you receive the PERSONAL GREETINGS RECORD
Menu.
To playback the message
To erase the existing message
To record a new message
To record a new message
with amplification
3. Press [5], and wait for the tone before saying your
name.
Unless your system is programmed differently, you
have one minute to finish recording. The system admin-
istrator may program the recording time to a greater
value, up to unlimited.
