Based on the nnovatve AMD SR5670 & SP5100 chp- sets for optimal system efficiency, the MS-91F7 accom- modates the AMD Opteron 4000 seres CPUs n Socket C32 and supports up to 8 DDR3 800/1066/1333 DIMM slots.

For proper CPU cooler type, please consult the dealer before turnng on the computer. Important CPU Installation If only one CPU will be installed, please install it in socket CPU0 to ensure suc- cessful system boot.

Meanwhle, do not forget to apply some thermal paste on CPU before nstallng the heat snk/cooler fan for better heat dsperson. Follow the steps below to nstall the CPU correctly.

    Follow the steps to recover the BIOS. Download the BIOS file from this website: http://www.msi.com/product/serv- er/MS-91F7.html#Download Extract the BIOS file. Rename the A91F7KMS.xxx file (xxx refers to the downloaded BIOS version) to “MSIBoot.rom”. Format your USB flash disk, and then copy the “MSIBoot.rom” file to it. Note that the USB disk must have only one BIOS file.
