    ASSEMBLY Place rear rail between cart frames. Hook the key hole slots to the preassembled #10-24x1/2” machine screws. Tighten the screws. Right Leg Assembly Back Rail Left Leg Assembly Front Panel Insert axle rod into wheel, legs other wheel. Attach with (1) axle spacer and hitch pin. Insert leg extenders into right legs.
  • Page 18 Hook the short tank exclusion wire (silver) onto front right leg. Flex tank exclusion wire to fit other end to the hole on bottom edge of rear rail. Rear Rail Front Right Leg Short Tank Exclusion (sliver) Hook the long tank exclusion wire ( black ) onto front left leg.
  • Page 19 This step requires two people to lift and position grill head onto cart. Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart. Make sure the regulator hose is hanging outside the cart. Slide grill head from front to rear of cart until the pre-installed screws are slide into the opening of the metal tabs. Tighten the pre-installed screws.

  • Page 22 Place control knobs onto valve stems. Control Knobs Place heat tents over burners by inserting tabs into slots in front of firebox. Opposite ends of heat tents rest on pins in back of firebox.
  • Page 23 Place cooking grates onto grate rests. Insert ends of Swing Away pivot wire into holes in sides of grill lid. Insert ends of Swing Away leg wire into holes in sides of firebox. NOTE: Pivot and leg wires, running side-to-side, should be under wires running front-to-back. If pivot and leg wires are on top, Swing Away is installed upside-down.
