    ASSEMBLY Place rear rail between cart frames. Hook the key hole slots to the preassembled #10-24x1/2” machine screws. Tighten the screws. Right Leg Assembly Back Rail Left Leg Assembly Front Panel Insert axle rod into wheel, legs other wheel. Attach with (1) axle spacer and hitch pin. Insert leg extenders into right legs.
  • Page 18 Hook the short tank exclusion wire (silver) onto front right leg. Flex tank exclusion wire to fit other end to the hole on bottom edge of rear rail. Rear Rail Front Right Leg Short Tank Exclusion (sliver) Hook the long tank exclusion wire ( black ) onto front left leg.
  • Page 19 This step requires two people to lift and position grill head onto cart. Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart. Make sure the regulator hose is hanging outside the cart. Slide grill head from front to rear of cart until the pre-installed screws are slide into the opening of the metal tabs. Tighten the pre-installed screws.

  • Page 21 Place sideburner into shelf (A). Make sure to insert valve into sideburner tube. Attach sideburner with (1) flat washer and wing nut. Under sideburner shelf, install sideburner clip to sideburner tube and valve. Attach sideburner ignitor wire to electrode as shown (B). Sideburner Flat Washer Wing Nut...
  • Page 22 Place control knobs onto valve stems. Control Knobs Place heat tents over burners by inserting tabs into slots in front of firebox. Opposite ends of heat tents rest on pins in back of firebox.
  • Page 23 Place cooking grates onto grate rests. Insert ends of Swing Away pivot wire into holes in sides of grill lid. Insert ends of Swing Away leg wire into holes in sides of firebox. NOTE: Pivot and leg wires, running side-to-side, should be under wires running front-to-back. If pivot and leg wires are on top, Swing Away is installed upside-down.
  • Page 24 Insert tank retainer wire into left legs. Rotate tank retainer wire inward toward cart. Tank Retainer Set bottom of tank into notches of tank bracket (A). Tank collar opening must face to front of grill, lean tank inward and engage tank collar with tank wire (B). LP CYLINDER IS SOLD SEPARATELY.
