If a wrong PIN number is entered three times, your SIM card will be blocked. You must then:
- Enter **05*.
- Enter the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code provided by your operator, and confirm.
- Enter your PIN number and confirm.
- Enter your PIN number again and confirm.
After 5 or 10 (depending on the type of SIM card) incorrect entries, the SIM card will be definitely blocked. You
must then contact your network provider to get a new one.
You are now ready to use your phone for the first time.
Switch the phone on by pressing the Start
appears.
This is your PIN code of your SIM card.
Your phone may ask for the PIN code whenever you switch it on, if such
an option has been activated.
Enter the 4-8-digit code, which your network provider has given you.
These numbers do not appear on the screen for security reasons.
