About Access Codes
To perform certain actions on the touch screen, such as arming or disarming, you must enter a sequence
of numbers referred to as an access code. This code is the same code you use on other components of
your security system, such as the security panel keypad. If desired, a unique access code can be created for
each person who will use the security system, so that history and alerts will indicate which access code
was used to arm or disarm the system.
The security system supports several different types of access codes. Each type offers a specific level of
access and capabilities.
