TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY, OBSERVE THE
• Be cautious! Read all instructions and safety information before installing your new
heater fan. Carefully review the assembly illustrations.
• Use this unit only in the manner intended.
• All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes.
• Before you begin installing the fan, switch power off the correct breaker and lock the break-
er box to prevent power from being switched on accidentally during installation. When the
breaker box cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning device such as a danger
tag to the breaker box.
• When cutting or drilling into the wall or ceiling, be careful not to damage the electrical wiring
and other hidden utilities (such as cable and phone lines).
• To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury this fan must be mounted as
marked and in an area suitable for fan support.
• Do not insert objects between rotating blades.
• Do not use this fan with any solid-state fan speed control device or variable speed control
other than the device supplied with this fan. Using another controller, other than that supplied
will void the manufactuers warranty.
• This fan is not intended for use by children or infirm persons without supervision.
