Convection Broiling

Convection broil symbol
During convection broiling the broil elements will cycle on and off
in intervals to maintain oven temperature, while the fan constantly
circulates the hot air.
Cooking times will vary depending on the rack position and
temperature and may need to be adjusted.
The oven door must be kept closed during the cooking cycle.
Before convection broiling, see the "Low and High Broiling"
section for general broiling guidelines and rack positioning.
To Convection Broil:
1. Close the oven door.
2. Turn the Oven control knob to the Convection Broil symbol.
3. Turn the Temperature control knob to the desired
temperature.
4. Press OK.
5. Turn both control knobs to OFF when finished cooking.
