Install webcam driver .
The webcam does not function
with Mac

Format the card .
Choose a new card .
Turn on and/or up
the volume of your computer .
Make sure the sounds you
are trying to capture with
video are loud enough for
it to record .
Make sure to press the RECORD
button before powering the
unit off .
