programme the machine must be switched off.

3 Spin reduction button

By depressing this button the spin speed is
reduced from 1300 to 650 rpm for cotton
programmes and from 650 to 450 rpm for
synthetics, delicates, wool and for programmes
A and P.

4 Rinse hold button

Press this button to make the machine stop with
water in the drum after the synthetic or delicate
wash cycles. This prevents any creasing which
may take place if the clothes are left damp in the
drum. When it is convenient for you to empty the
machine, simply press this button again so that
the machine can proceed to drain and spin, or
turn the dial to the drain programme «Q».
If this button is not activated, the washing
programmes will end with a short spin.
Do not press this button for woollens: wool items
should be gently spun.

5 Quick wash button

By depressing this button on programmes B and
J the washing time will be reduced by approx.
20 minutes.

6 Super rinse button

By depressing this button on programmes for
cotton and linen the machine will perform 4
rinses (instead of 3) with high water level.
To be used in areas where the water is very soft
or for people allergic to detergents or who have
very delicate skin.
7 Economy button
To be used on programmes B (cotton) and J
(synthetics) by selecting 40°-60° instead of
60°-95° and 30°-40° instead of 40°-60°: a
considerable saving in power consumption will
be obtained.
Equally good results will be achieved because
the reduced temperature cycle maintains the full
washing time.

8 Temperature selector dial

Turn this dial to select the washing temperature.
Position
= cold wash.
Important! If you want to perform a cold wash
with programmes B - C and J you have to close
the hot water supply tap.
9 Operating pilot light
This light is on whilst the machine is operating
and goes out by depressing ON/OFF button
again to switch the machine off.

10 Programme selector dial

To select the required programme, turn this dial
