GENERAL WARNINGS

It is very important that this instruction book should be kept safely for future consultation. If
the appliance should be sold or given to another person, please ensure that the booklet goes
together with it, so that the new owner can know of the functions of the machine and also be
aware of the warnings.
This warnings has been given for the safety of you and others. We therefore ask you to carefully
read the procedures of installing and using this cooker.
This appliance has been designed for use by adults.
Take care, therefore, that children do not attempt to
play with it.
It is dangerous to modify, or attempt to modify, the
characteristics of this appliance.
If the appliance shows to be damages, contact your
dealer before installing it.
Any modifications to the domestic electrical mains
which may be necessary for the installation of the
appliance should be carried out only by competent
personnel.
Take care when using cleaning products in spray form:
never direct the spray onto the resistance or the
thermostat bulb.
Always use oven gloves to remove dishes from the
oven.
Always insert the dripping pan when using the grill or
when cooking meat on the grid. Pour a little water
into the dripping pan to avoid grease burning and
creating unpleasant smells.
Particular care should be taken when cooking with
oil or fat, as this substances can ignite when over-
heated
For the same reason, be careful when placing or
removing food in the oven, not to let any fat or oil fall
on the oven base. If this happens, carefully clean
the oven to avoid unpleasant smells or smoke.
Cookings in the oven are carried out at high
temperatures (up to 270 C). Ensure you are using
oven-proof pans or trays.
The appliance dischages the combustion products
through the grid positioned between the control panel
and the oven door. It is therefore normal the warm
flow that is perceived by the hand when opening the
oven door.

OVEN DOOR PROTECTION DEVICE - All our appliances comply with the European Safety Standards. Nevertheless, in order to
ensure the highest safety level, and avoid little children to be exposed to the heat when the appliance is operated, it is possible to fit a special
protection device to the oven door. This device can be purchased in our Service Force Centres, specifying the relevant code ( 3 5 7 9 1 ) and
the Product No. shown on the rating plate. Fitting instructions are provided with the kit package.
These instructions are only valid for the countries which identification symbol

is showed on this booklet's cover and on the appliance's rating plate.
Never place aluminium foils or any other kitchenware
on the oven bottom during cooking. This will cause
overheating, affect the cooking results and damage
the oven enamel.
Do not leave utensils containing foodstuffs, e. g. fat
or oil in the appliance. This could cause damage in
case the appliance is inadvertently switched on.
When food is heated, it produces steam in the
same way as a boiling kettle does. When steam
comes in contact of the oven door glass, it will
condense and produce water droplets. This is quite
normal and is not caused by fault of the oven. We
recommend you to wipe away condensation after
all cookings.
Disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply
and let it cool down, before carrying out any cleaning
or manteinance work.
The appliance remains hot for a long time after being
switched off. Supervise children at all times, paying
attention that they do not touch surfaces or remain in
the vicinity of the appliance when in use or when not
completely cooled.
Should you connect any electrical tool to a plug near
this cooking appliance, ensure that electric cables
are not in contact with it and keep them far enough
from the heated parts of this appliance.
Ensure the connection cable is not trapped under
the appliance.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair
the appliance yourself. Repairs carried out by
unexperienced persons may cause injury or serious
malfunctioning. Refer to your local Service Centre.
Always insist on genuine spare parts.
Service and repairs must be carried out by an
authorized Service Centre.
If the appliance is out of order, disconnect it from
the electric supply.
Ensure the control knobs are in the OFF
position (" " - " ") when the appliance is
not in use.
