OPERATING CONTROLS

Refrigeration Switch
The refrigeration switch is located on the top of the dispenser near the
left rear corner. This switch controls power to the compressor and the
condenser fan motor.

Sanitize Switch
The sanitize switch is located behind the drip tray in the lower left
corner of the chassis. The drip tray can be removed to provide easy
access to the switch. The sanitize switch is used to enter and exit the
sanitize mode and to initiate the sanitize automatic cycle. Refer to
Weekly Sanitizing in the Cleaning section for detailed instructions on
the use of this switch.
