TROUBLESHOOTING (cont.)
PROBLEM
Dispense station
concentrate only
Dispense station
water only
Dispense starts then stops or "refill"
flashes and beeps 5 times.
PROBABLE CAUSE
Water solenoid
In rinse position
NOTE": Water will dispense for 4
seconds.
Main control board
Dispense motor not running
RPM sensor

REMEDY
Replace solenoid (24vdc) or check
wire connection between water
valve and main control board.
Rotate knob to dispense position.
Check for variable dc voltage when
corresponding dispense switch is
depressed. No dc power - replace
control board.
Check for variable dc voltage at
motor terminals. Voltage present
- replace motor.
A) Verify magnet hub is secured
with screw and star washer to mo-
tor shaft.
B) Verify RPM sensor operation.
RPM input 24vdc signal 0 - 5 vdc
intervals.
