Front brake lever free play adjustment

NOTE:
Before adjusting the brake, inspect the front
brake shoes.
The front brake lever free play should be adjust-
ed to 5 ~ 8 mm (0.2 ~ 0.3 in) at the brake lever
pivot. If the free play is incorrect, adjust as fol-
lows:
a
a. Free play 5 ~ 8 mm (0.2~0.3 in)
1. Remove the front cover by removing the
screws and bolts.See page 8-14.
2. Remove the front fender by removing the
screws and bolts.
