Cooking method
Wash the shrimps. Pour 400ml of water or
white wine in the steamer. Put the steam plate
with the shrimps on top of the steamer.
Cover it with the steam bell and put it in the
oven.
Wash the clams. Pour 400ml of water or
white wine in the steamer. Put the steam plate
with the clams on top of the steamer.
Cover it with the steam bell and put it in the
oven.
Wash the fish. Pour 400ml of water or white
wine in the steamer. Put the steam plate with
the fish on top of the steamer. Cover it with
the steam bell and put it in the oven.
Fillet the fish. Pour 400ml of water or white
wine in the steamer. Put the steam plate with
the fish fillet on top of the steamer. Cover it
with the steam bell and put it in the oven.
