    FINDING YOUR PHONE'S ESN NUMBER INSTALLING THE BATTERY To activate your Virgin Mobile account, you need your phone's ESN number. To locate the number: Place the battery (label side up) on the back of the phone so the metal contacts match up on the battery and in the battery cavity.

    CHARGING THE BATTERY ACTIVATING YOUR VIRGIN MOBILE ACCOUNT POWER CONNECTION Plug the AC Charger into a standard outlet. Plug the other end of the AC Charger into your phone.
