MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL

Your oven has 5 power levels. To choose the power
level for cooking, follow the advice given in the recipe
section. Generally the following recommendations
apply:
800 W used for fast cooking or reheating e.g.
soup, casseroles, canned food, hot beverages,
vegetables, fish, etc.
560 W used for longer cooking of dense foods
such as roast joints, meat loaf and plated meals,
also for sensitive dishes such as cheese sauce and
sponge cakes. At this reduced setting, the sauce
will not boil over and food will cook evenly without
over cooking at the sides.
COOKING TIPS:
In the cookbook section, you will find detailed instructions for recipe preparation, only basic cooking hints
are given here.
1. Push the door opening button, and the door will open, then place the food on the turntable.
2. If you wish to stop cooking before the cooking time has elapsed, turn the TIMER back to "0" (off), or
open the oven door. The oven door may be opened at any time during cooking (the TIMER will stop to
indicate how much cooking time remains). To continue cooking, close the door. If you wish to change
the cooking time during cooking, simply turn the TIMER to the desired new setting.
WARNING:
Be sure to turn the TIMER back to "0" (off) position after cooking, or the oven will start when the oven
door is closed.
