Cannot change channels with _J If you are using the TV to change channels be sure the TV FUNCTION

You may be tuned to a video input with nothing connected to it, _It'y
cycling through your video inputs using the PIP TVNIDE0 button,
PIP is not set to receive a signal from the AUX input. If you connected a
VCR, DVD player or Satellite Receiver to the AUX input on the TV,it will
not show in the small window picture.
