Using the Screen Mode Feature
The Screen Mode feature is useful for adjusting
a 16:9 (widescreen)
program
for optimal
viewing on your TV's 4:3 aspect ratio screen. Using the Screen Mode feature, you can enlarge
pictures
so that they better fill the screen (enlarging
the picture so that the black bars on the
edges of the screen are clipped
off).
