■ Display settings

Wallpaper

You can set your phone to display a
background picture, called
wallpaper, when the phone is in
standby mode. Some pictures are
pre-saved in the
Gallery
can also receive pictures via
multimedia messages or download
them from WAP pages and then save
them in Gallery. Your phone
supports JPEG, GIF, BMP and PNG
formats.
To select a wallpaper picture
1. Press
Menu
and select Settings,
Display
settings, and Wallpaper.
2. Select
Change image

desired picture.
4. To set the picture as wallpaper,

Note that if you delete the selected
wallpaper picture from the gallery, it
will still be used as wallpaper until
you replace it with another picture.

displayed when the phone activates
the screen saver.

To activate or deactivate the
wallpaper
Press
Menu
and select Settings,
Display settings
and Wallpaper. To
activate/deactivate the wallpaper,
select
On
or Off, respectively.

Colour schemes

You can change the colour of some
display components, for example,
indicators and signal bars.
Press
Menu
and select Settings,
Display
settings, and
schemes. Select the desired colour
scheme.

Operator logo

To set your phone to display or hide
the operator logo, press
select Settings,
Display
and
Operator
logo.
Note that the operator logo is not
displayed when the phone activates
the screen saver.
Screen saver
A digital clock screen saver is used
for power saving in standby mode. It
activates when no function of the
phone has been used for a certain
length of time. Press any key to
deactivate the screen saver. The
screen saver is also deactivated
when the phone is out of the
network coverage area.
