Solution
Use ground coffee at room temperature
to brew coffee.

Preheat the thermal tumbler with hot
water:
• Rinse the thermal tumbler with hot
water.
• Fill the tumbler with the
appropriate amount of hot water for
brewing.
Descale the machine.

instructions on removing minerals and
impurities from the machine.
