Child Seat

Children that are too small to use the seat belts must be

properly secured in a child restraint system.

Do not place a child restraint system in the front seat. The infant
5
or child could be severely injured by an air bag inflation in case
of an accident.

Use only the qualified child restraint systems. Follow the
manufacturer's instructions for installation and use of the child
7
restraint systems.

Do not carry your child on your lap while driving. You cannot
resist against the impact pressure in an accident. The child could
9
be crushed between you and the parts of vehicle.
Remember that a child restraint seat left in a concealed vehicle
10
can cause it to be very hot. Check the seating surface before
putting your child in the child restraint.

When your child restraint is not in use, store it in the trunk or
12
keep it secured with a seat belt to prevent it from being thrown
forward in case of a sudden stop or an accident.

Never leave children or old persons unattended in a concealed
vehicle. When the inside temperature increases very high, they
14
may be in danger.

When installing a child restraint, do not let the seat belts come
across the child's neck.

How to use Child Anchor
1. Engage the attaching clip of the child seat with one of
the child restraint anchorages provided floor.
2. Secure the child seat with the seat belt.
3. Ensure that the child seat is correctly installed and fas-
tened properly.
