Using the directory and lists
Adding a displayed number /
Email address to the directory
You can copy to the directory any numbers
or Email addresses that appear in a list,
e.g. the calls list or the last number redial
list, or displayed in an Email or during a
call.
A number is displayed:

Select and press
The directory is opened.

delete the already existing
number/address.
Copy number/address.

Storing/editing anniversaries in the
directory
You can store an anniversary (e.g. birth-
day) for every entry in the directory and
specify a time when you are to receive a
reminder call on the birthday.

Enter the date in 6-digit for-
mat. Depending on the

sequence "Day, Month, Year"
or "Month, Day, Year".

reminder call in 4-digit format
if required.

The entry has the ‚ icon next to it in the
directory.
You can specify a particular ringer melody
for reminder calls (page 70, page 82).
Note:
The reminder call is made annually, regardless
of the specified year.
Reminder call on an anniversary
The handset signals a reminder call with
the selected ringer melody (page 70).
Press the display key or any
§Silence§
other key to stop the reminder
call.
The reminder call ends automatically after
60 seconds.
During a call, the reminder call is signalled
by a short tone.
