(2)BACKUP FROM ALARM EVENT LIST
BACKUP FROM ALARM EVENT LIST is forto backing up the image and voice data of
the time when the alarm event occurred, by alarm or detection of movement, to the external
SCSI from the main unit's HDD of the main unit. The Ffollowing screen shows the detailed
setting forof the BACKUP FROM ALARM EVENT LIST. It displays the EVENT
(ALARM START), and the date and time when it is recorded in the main unit's HDD of the
main unit. To exit this screen, press the MENU button. It will return to tThe MENU screen
will reappear.
Press the JOG(
) or UP(
will be highlighted. Once you move to the EVENT LIST part to be backed up, press the
SET/STILL button(
shows an example when you select ID 02 in the above screen.

parts in BACKUP FROM RECORD EVENT LIST ion pages 3-26.
Place the cursor on the [START] in the above screen and press the SET/STILL (
button to display the backup screen and start backup.

(3) SEARCH & PLAY OF BACK UP (Backup image search and replay)

SEARCH & PLAY OF BACKUP is used to search and replay the image backed up in the
SCSI HDD. The following figure shows the detailed setup screen of SEARCH & PLAY
OF BACKUP and the EVENT(RECORD START), DATE, and TIME indicates the date
and time of HDD recording. If you want to close this screen, please push the MENU button
and the MENU screen will pop up.

If you use SEARCH & PLAY OF BACK UP, you can select and replay only images that
you want to from the backup device memory. Press the JOG(
button to move the cursor. The selected items will be highlighted. Once you move to the
EVENT LIST part to be backed up, press the SET/STILL button(
will search the image recording the selected EVENT from the SCSI HDD and display a still
image at the time. Then, If you press the PLAY (
) button, the SCSI HDD will replay the
image and if you use JOG(
) or SHUTTLE(
) or press the LEFT(
(
) button, you will be able to choose Still Screen, Slow Screen, or Fast Screen, which
enables convenient image signal search. During the SCSI plays, the message, 'SCSI PLAY'
appears at the screen bottom. If you want to escape from SCSI PLAY, press the STOP [ ]
button, then the Live screen pops up. Now, the message, 'SCSI SELECTED
EXIT=[STOP]' appears at the screen bottom to indicate the system selected the SCSI HDD.
In short, if you press the PLAY(
) button when you see the above message, the image
signal backed up in the SCSI HDD will be played. If you want to escape from the SCSI
completely, press the STOP [
] button.
