Although there may be differences in the SAR values of various
mobile phones, all JNC DATUM Tech GmbH models are
developed so that the limit values for radio waves are complied
with. Before a phone is available for sale to the public in the United
States, phones must be tested and certified in accordance with
FCC guidelines (Federal Communications Commission) to ensure
that the official limit values are not exceeded. The tests are
performed in positions and locations (next to the ear or body)
which are stipulated for the particular model in the FCC guidelines.
This phone was tested during operation next to the body and
meets the requirements of the FCC guidelines for radio frequency
exposure if it is used at a distance of at least 15 mm (0.6 inches)
between the device and the body without metal components in the
immediate vicinity, or with original Silvercrest accessories for use
next to the body. The use of other accessories may result in non-
compliance with the FCC guidelines for exposure to radio
