Call Barring:
The call barring function enables users to block incoming and
outgoing calls under certain conditions specified by the user. You
must obtain a four-digit barring password from your service
provider which enables you to activate call barring. If you wish to
use this function, please contact your service provider.

Outgoing Calls:

This option enables you to lock your phone so that it cannot be
used to make calls. This function includes the following options:
All calls: Prevents use of your phone to make calls.
International calls: Only prevents international calls being made.
