International calls except to home PLMN: Prevents international
calls being made if these are not in the PLMN (Public Land Mobile
Network) of your country.
Note: You can activate, deactivate and query the status of the
above options. If All calls is activated, only emergency calls
are possible.
Incoming Calls:
The user can prevent calls being received.
