CD-R Discs
•  SomeCD-Rdiscsmaynotbeplayabledependingonthediscrecordingdevice(CD-RecorderorPC)andtheconditionof
thedisc.
•  Usea650MB/74minuteCD-Rdisc.DonotuseCD-Rdiscsover700MB/80minuteastheymaynotbeplayedback.
•  SomeCD-RW(Rewritable)media,maynotbeplayable.
•  OnlyCD-Rsthatareproperly"closed"canbefullyplayed.Ifthesessionisclosedbutthediscisleftopen,youmaynotbe
abletofullyplaythedisc.
CD-R MP3 Discs
•  OnlyCD-RdiscswithMP3filesinISO9660orJolietformatcanbeplayed.
•  MP3filenamesshouldbe8charactersorlessinlengthandcontainnoblankspacesorspecialcharacters(./=+).
•  Usediscsrecordedwithacompression/decompressiondatarategreaterthan128Kbps.
•  Onlyfileswiththe".mp3"and".MP3"extensionscanbeplayed.
•  Onlyaconsecutivelywrittenmultisessiondisccanbeplayed.IfthereisablanksegmentintheMultisessiondisc,thedisc
canbeplayedonlyuptotheblanksegment.
•  Ifthediscisnotclosed,itwilltakelongertobeginplaybackandnotalloftherecordedfilesmaybeplayed.
•  ForfilesencodedinVariableBitRate(VBR)format,i.e.filesencodedinbothlowbitrateandhighbitrate(e.g.,32Kbps~
320Kbps),thesoundmayskipduringplayback.
•  Amaximumof500trackscanbeplayedperCD.
•  Amaximumof300folderscanbeplayedperCD.
CD-R JPEG Discs
•  Onlyfileswiththe"jpg"extensionscanbeplayed.
•  Ifthediscisnotclosed,itwilltakelongertostartplayingandnotalloftherecordedfilesmaybeplayed.
•  OnlyCD-RdiscswithJPEGfilesinISO9660orJolietformatcanbeplayed.
•  JPEGfilenamesshouldbe8charactersorlessinlengthandcontainnoblankspacesorspecialcharacters(./=+).
•  Onlyaconsecutivelywrittenmultisessiondisccanbeplayed.Ifthereisablanksegmentinthemultisessiondisc,thedisc
canbeplayedonlyuptotheblanksegment.
•  Amaximumof9,999imagescanbestoredonasingleCD.
•  WhenplayingaKodak/FujiPictureCD,onlytheJPEGfilesinthepicturefoldercanbeplayed.
•  PicturediscsotherthanKodak/FujiPictureCDsmaytakelongertostartplayingormaynotplayatall.
DVD R/RW, CD-R/RW DivX Discs
•  Softwareupdatesforincompatibleformatsarenotsupported.
(Example:QPEL,GMC,resolutionhigherthan720x480pixels,etc.)
•  SectionswithahighframeratemightnotbeplayedwhileplayingaDivXfile.
