How do I search for a Point of Interest (POI)?

A POI is a named site, feature, landmark or public venue which can be displayed as an icon on the map. POIs are
grouped by category, such as petrol stations, parks, beaches and museums.
Complete the following:
If you want to ...
place a phone call to the POI
calculate the route, open the Map
screen and start navigating
save the location as a favourite
search for an similar POI
explore the area near the location
Then ...
tap .
Note: This feature is not available on all models.
tap . The Map screen will display.
tap . The location is saved as My Place. (See "My Place" on page 20 for details.)
tap Find Similar Places. The search results screen will display.
tap . The Explore screen will display a list of the selected POI category based upon
your location. (See "How do I use the Explore map?" on page 14 for details.)
