Installation Considerations
•
For best results, Hansgrohe recommends that this unit be installed by a licensed, profes-
sional plumber.
•
Please read over these instructions thoroughly before beginning installation. Make sure
that you have all tools and supplies needed to complete the installation.
•
A countertop having a thickness of /4" or less should be reinforced to distribute the
weight of the pot filler.
•
Do not use plumbers putty. Seal the underside of the escutcheon with silicone sealant if
desired.
•
Allow sufficient space for the
escutcheon. There should be a minimum 1
1/" between the center line of the mounting
hole and the wall or backsplash.
