Using Phone Menus

1.6 Outbox

All your sent messages will store here if you select save
option 'Yes' in Send Message. Upto 50 messages may be
saved.
1. Press Soft Key 1 Menu,
2. Select Outbox.
3. After selecting the desired message with
to view the message.
Press Soft Key 1 Options to select from Forward, Delete,
To Archive and Delete All.

Forward Forwards a selected message to others.

Delete Delete the selected message.
G
To Archive Moves the selected message from the
Outbox to the Archive.

Delete All Delete the all messages.

1.7 Drafts

Message failed in transmission may be stored here. Upto 5
messages may be saved.
1. Press Soft Key 1 Menu,
2. Select Drafts.
3. After selecting the desired message with

to view the message .
Press Soft Key 1 Options to select from Delete, Forward
and Delete All.

Delete Delete the selected message.

Forward Fowards a selected message to failed
recipients again or may be others.

Delete All Delete the all messages.

1.8 Templates

There are 11 predefined phrases included in the
Templates. You may edit the templates.
1. Press Soft Key 1 Menu,
2. Select Templates.
3. After selecting the desired message with
to view the message.

Press Soft Key 1 Edit to edit templates.

After editing template and saving it by pressing
press Soft key 2 Fwd to forward. Then follow the
process for Send Message.
