Solution
Check to see if the cord is plugged in and the unit
is switched on.
Check to see that outlet is working.
If the outlet is controlled by wall switch, make sure it's on.
Check to make sure the unit is plugged in. If fan still
fails to work, call 1-866-GREAT-AIR (1-866-473-2824).
Check the Photohydroionization
make sure it is securely screwed into place (do not
over-tighten the screw). If the lamp doesn't work,
replace with a new Module. If the lamp still doesn't
work, call 1-866-GREAT-AIR (1-866-473-2824).
